Every year, OHP will send you a letter telling you how to renew your benefits. Not everyone will renew at the same time. The letter will ask that you update your information to make sure you still qualify for health benefits.

If you do not respond to the letter from OHP, your benefits will end.
To keep your benefits, you must provide updated information to the Oregon Health Authority. If you do not, you will get a letter saying that your OHP benefits are ending.
If you get a letter, please
respond right away.
Responding right away will help make sure that your renewal is processed as soon as possible.
If you already submitted your renewal application, you can check the status:
Call OHP Customer Service at 1-800-699-9075 (TTY/TDD 711) and push the appropriate menu number when prompted.This will allow you to check on your application status.
