About Willamette Valley Community Health
Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH) is a coordinated care organization (CCO) dedicated to serving Willamette Valley residents covered by the Oregon Health Plan. We strive to provide a system that focuses on prevention and wellness that is integrated, patient-centered, cost-efficient and equitable. We coordinate a network of over 600 healthcare providers, including physical, dental, and mental illness health and addiction specialists, to improve quality and access to care for our more than 100,000 members.
We improve the health status and outcomes for Oregon Health Plan members in the Willamette Valley through promoting prevention and wellness in a system that is cost-effective, integrated and equitable.
To transform the health of our community by overcoming the social determinants of health to provide better care and well-being, and lower healthcare costs. We envision Willamette Valley Community Health’s completely integrated model of care and sustainable healthcare system providing coverage to all OHP-eligible residents of Marion and Polk Counties, and producing health outcomes that are viewed as national benchmarks.
